Founder & Chief Executive Officer-Jacqueline O. McKnight, PhD, MSW
Dr. Jacqueline O. McKnight, PhD, MSW is a nationally recognized child welfare and human services executive, consultant, and educator with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving systems change and organizational excellence. She has held senior leadership roles with the Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services and the New York City Administration for Children's Services.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of JOMcKnight Consultancy, LLC, Dr. McKnight provides trauma informed leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation services to public agencies, nonprofits, and community partners. She also serves as a part-time faculty member at UNC Charlotte, helping prepare the next generation of human services leaders.
A recipient of the NASW–NYC Chapter's Highest Social Work Leadership Award and a Leadership Charlotte alumna (Class 41), Dr. McKnight is recognized for strengthening organizations, developing leaders, and advancing sustainable, equity-centered change for children, families, and communities.
